Job summary

About the Role

Translation Empire is a leading UK‑owned language services company, with the ambition to become Pakistan’s #1 translation agency. We are looking for a Social Media Executive / Content Writer to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, creative content writing, and brand building.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the role of a Social Media Executive is to manage, grow, and engage an organization’s online presence across social platforms, ensuring that the brand connects meaningfully with its target audience while driving awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and track marketing programs including social media, email campaigns, events, and content strategies.
  • Create engaging content for blogs, campaigns, and marketing channels.
  • Manage and grow Translation Empire’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Use scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Meta Suite, etc.) for campaign delivery.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns independently.
  • Coordinate advertising efforts across multiple channels.
  • Handle presentations, internal events, and vendor communications.
  • Organize and manage marketing events alongside the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for consistent brand messaging.
  • Be comfortable in front of the camera for video shoots, reels, and social content.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (translation industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio in social media management & content writing.
  • Excellent project management & multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident to appear on camera and create engaging video content.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Reporting Line & Work Mode

Will report to the Social Media Manager. Work mode: Work from Office.

Shift Time & Location

Shift Time: 10AM – 7PM (Monday‑Friday). Location: Bahria Town Ph 7 Office.
