Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Shopify theme development.
• Experience with Shopify CLI, Git-based workflows, and theme deployment best practices.
• Ability to implement advanced Shopify features (AJAX cart, predictive search, metafields, etc.).
• Experience building responsive and accessible frontends.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain advanced customisations such as custom filters, metafields & metaobjects, AJAX carts, and predictive search.
• Optimise website performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Extend Shopify’s native functionality using Checkout Extensibility, Shopify Flow, and Shopify Functions.
• Debug and resolve theme and frontend issues quickly and efficiently.
• Use Git and Shopify CLI to manage codebase and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to turn UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
