Translation Empire is seeking an experienced Research Analyst to drive data-backed insights for service-based industries. The role focuses on turning complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

You will conduct mixed-methods research, develop dashboards, and present findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a research analyst role and proficiency with Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a research analyst focusing on service-based research.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for interpreting complex data.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools: Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
