Job description

Supervisor (Dining) - salary based on experience

Duties & Responsibilities (Front of the House):

• Welcome and greet the customer as soon as they enter in the restaurant.
• Assist the customer to their respective tables.
• Take order from the customer for food and beverages.
• Serve food or beverages up to standard.
• Asking the customer what they want and needs.
• Recommending and up selling items, drinks, and desserts.
• Giving and collecting bills from the customer.
• Observe cleanliness and sanitation

Duties & Responsibilities (Back of the House):

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
