Reach First in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, is seeking an SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. You will build high-quality backlinks, manage outreach campaigns, and collaborate with content and on-page SEO teams to align link-building with our keyword strategy and business goals.

The role requires 2–3 years of proven SEO/SEM experience, creative and analytical thinking, strong communication, and proficiency with SEO tools.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of Off-page, technical SEO, AEO, GEO.
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Experience with website analytics tools and bid management tools, and familiarity with Google Analytics.
Ability to think creatively, strategically, and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute diversified link-building strategies (e.g., guest posting, resource pages, broken link building, and skyscraper technique).
Identify and vet high-quality, relevant websites for potential backlink opportunities.
Monitor the backlink profile to ensure a healthy balance of anchor text and follow/no-follow links.
Conduct personalized outreach to bloggers, journalists, and industry influencers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with webmasters and editors in our niche.
Collaborate with the Content Team to create linkable assets (infographics, whitepapers, or data-driven studies).
Identify content gaps that could be leveraged for guest blogging opportunities.
Monitor competitor backlink profiles to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Track the performance of outreach campaigns using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Report on metrics such as Domain Authority, Domain Rating, and Referring Domains.
