You will work on optimizing performance, implementing security basics, and providing occasional remote support outside business hours as needed. This on-site role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with ACF, CPTs, and popular themes like Astra or Divi, with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience.
• Experience developing custom post types, taxonomies, and using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
• Familiarity with popular themes such as Astra, Divi, or similar.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve plugin conflicts, theme bugs, and performance issues.
• Experience with caching tools like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache, lazy loading, and code minification.
• Knowledge of Git for version control.
• Understanding of SEO principles and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Customize existing themes to match client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues across front-end and back-end.
• Optimize website performance (caching, minification, image compression, database management).
• Build and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
