Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Marketing from a reputed university.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a senior UI/UX role.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with prototypes from development environments and rebuild them into organized, logical designs.
• Apply thoughtful design workflows, element structures, and accessible UI patterns.
• Translate backend workflows and characteristics logic into user-friendly interfaces.
• Establish designs related to intended system functionality.
• Own and progress component libraries, design structures, and reusable assemblies.
• Cooperate with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure pixel-perfect execution and functional clarity.
• Perform usability reviews and internal testing to identify UX gaps.
