- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using services such as CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, ECS, ECR, and SageMaker to facilitate rapid, reliable software and model deployments.
- Use infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Pulumi or Terraform) to create reproducible, version‑controlled environments, automating operational tasks, monitoring, and self‑healing mechanisms.
- Ensure infrastructure adheres to best practices for security, encryption (KMS), access control, and compliance, implementing comprehensive logging, monitoring, auditing, and alerting frameworks.
- Collaborate with data engineering and machine learning teams to optimize services such as Glue, Lambda, Athena, Step Functions, and SageMaker for performance, cost, and scalability.
- Develop robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans, regularly testing failover mechanisms and data recovery scenarios.
- Work effectively with engineering, analytics, and credit risk teams to translate operational challenges into resilient cloud solutions.
