GXA is seeking aSecurity Engineer to support the delivery and operation of gShield security services. This hands-on role covers security engineering, incident response, tool operations, remediation, client security support, and infrastructure security across on‑prem and cloud environments.

You will act as Tier 3 escalation, collaborate with the vISM, vCISO, SOC, onboarding teams, and leadership to strengthen client security posture and respond quickly to threats.

Formación

• Experience in security engineering, incident response, and IT security operations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for active security incidents and lead technical analysis during war rooms.
• Operate and support the gShield toolstack and security technologies (MDE, Huntress, DNSFilter, SIEM).
• Triage alerts, analyze logs, investigate attacker activity, and perform remediation actions.
• Troubleshoot security incidents across identity, endpoints, servers, networking, and cloud.
• Coordinate with SOC, infrastructure, and vendor teams during investigations.
• Document findings, timelines, and evidence packages for client reviews and leadership.
