Job summary

allshoretalent is seeking a Senior React/Frontend Lead to own the component architecture for a large-scale website build (200+ pages) powered by Storyblok headless CMS. You will set design system standards and work from Figma designs alongside a Node.js backend developer.

You will drive architecture decisions, enforce consistency, and build a reusable component library while applying Next.js rendering strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on React experience.
• Hands-on Storyblok experience (not just CMS familiarity).
• Strong Figma-to-code track record with pixel-perfect implementation.
• Experience with Next.js including SSR/SSG/ISR rendering patterns.
• Proven ability to build and enforce a reusable component library.
• Comfortable collaborating with backend engineers in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive component architecture decisions for a 200+ page site.
• Enforce design system consistency across all pages and components.
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready React components.
• Build and maintain a reusable, scalable component library.
• Implement and configure Storyblok as the headless CMS layer.
• Apply Next.js rendering strategies (SSR/SSG/ISR) across page types.
• Collaborate with a backend Node.js developer for smooth integration.
