We are a leading company in general contracting and industrial trading, located in Hail, specializing in accounting solutions. With a mission to drive innovation and excellence, we are seeking a Senior Procurement professional with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Analyze market trends and assess suppliers to ensure best pricing and quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively
  • Monitor procurement performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle RFQs, inquiries and pricing for mechanical, electrical, industrial and oil & gas materials
  • Source and communicate with local and international suppliers
  • Prepare and evaluate technical & commercial offers
  • Compare quotations, prepare pricing sheets and support tender submissions
  • Work daily on ERP / accounting systems and MS Excel for data entry and reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
  • 2–6 years experience in procurement / pricing
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical materials
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Zoho / QuickBooks or similar)
  • Good command of English (written & spoken)
