About the job: Senior PMO Analyst (Delivery Excellence)

Code District is seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Coordinator (Minimum 5 years of Code District is looking for a Senior PMO Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in software delivery environments to strengthen and scale our PMO operations.

In this role, you will:

• Create and maintain clear visibility of project and portfolio health
• Make delivery predictable, measurable, and aligned with business goals
• Enable better decisions through data-driven reporting and effective communication with both internal teams and clients

You’ll work closely with Engineering Managers, Project Managers, and Leadership to own KPIs, dashboards, and governance, and to ensure that projects run with clarity, discipline, and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Governance & Visibility

• Maintain a portfolio-level view of projects, highlighting status, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure consistent status reporting and structured updates for leadership

KPI & Metrics Management

• Define and track KPIs at resource, project, and department level.
• Build and maintain Jira-based dashboards and reports for decision-making.

Agile & Sprint Management

• Support sprint planning, reviews, and retros across multiple teams.
• Track commitments vs actuals, and flag delivery risks early.

Jira & Confluence Ownership

• Configure and optimize Jira boards, workflows, fields, and templates.
• Maintain Confluence spaces for project documentation, processes, and templates.

Communication & Stakeholder Coordination (Internal & Client-Facing)

• Provide clear, concise visibility on project health to internal stakeholders.
• Support client-facing reporting with structured status reports and participation in review calls where needed.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure adherence to agreed delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid).
• Identify execution gaps and drive practical process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a relevant discipline.
• Certifications in Agile/Scrum/PMP are a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years in a PMO Analyst / PMO Coordinator / Project Coordinator / Delivery Excellence role in a software / custom development environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira (must) and Confluence or similar tools.
• Proven experience in Agile delivery, KPI tracking, and multi-project environments.
