Job summary

DWP Group is seeking an experienced Odoo Technical Consultant to lead system architecture, development, and integrations for enterprise-scale growth. You will optimize performance, design custom modules, and deliver robust reporting and dashboards.

You should have 6–8+ years of Odoo development, strong SQL skills, and experience with manufacturing ERP environments. Arabic speakers are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering/IT or related field.
• 6–8+ years hands-on Odoo development experience and 8–10 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in XML, JS (OWL), HTML, CSS, Python, PostgreSQL; deep knowledge of Odoo reporting, dashboards and API integration.
• Advanced PostgreSQL with performance tuning and DB management.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo solutions, add-ons, forms, and enhancements using XML, JS (OWL), HTML, CSS, and Python.
• Optimize system performance, manage databases, and create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions in PostgreSQL.
• Design and maintain PDF, Excel, and HTML reports and interactive dashboards.
• Develop and manage integrations between third-party apps or external APIs.
• Support full-cycle Odoo implementations, upgrades, post-go-live enhancements, and troubleshooting for data accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance, deliver documentation, and ensure best-practice standards for stakeholders.

In this role, you will lead system architecture, technical development, third-party integrations, and performance optimization. You will ensure robust Odoo solutions that support enterprise-level business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo solutions, add-ons, forms, and technical enhancements using XML, JS (OWL), HTML, CSS, and Python.
• Optimize system performance, manage databases, and create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions using PostgreSQL.
• Design, develop, and maintain PDF, Excel, and HTML for advanced reports and interactive dashboards.
• Manage, design, and implement seamless integrations between third-party applications or external APIs.
• Support full-cycle Odoo implementations, upgrades, post-go-live enhancements, and system troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance, deliver comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, and ensure best-practice standards for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 to 8+ years of hands-on technical experience with Odoo development and 8-10 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in XML, JS (OWL), HTML, CSS, Python, PostgreSQL, and deep knowledge of Odoo reporting, dashboards and API Integration.
• Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL; database performance tuning and management.
• Prior technical experience in manufacturing or industrial ERP environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Arabic.
