Qualifications

AI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency). The candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) for the backend and Angular for the frontend.
• Responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs
• Ownership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance
• Ability to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements
• Accountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to power web and mobile applications.
• Implement front-end components, ensuring responsiveness, usability, and optimal performance.
• Enhance and optimize back-end processing pipelines for scalability and efficiency.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for deployments, storage, and integrations.
• Ensure applications are secure, elastic, and capable of handling millions of concurrent users.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code; conduct unit and integration testing.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full stack or backend development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET / ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of Web API design, RESTful architecture, and middleware development.
• Experience in building scalable, distributed systems and implementing design patterns.
• Proficient in SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SignalR, gRPC, or WebSockets.
• Exposure to video streaming technologies, encoders/decoders, or multimedia processing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with system-level programming (multi-threading, sockets, distributed systems).
• Knowledge of AI/ML integrations for video/audio analysis is a plus.

Qualifications
