Job summary

CORE Coffee & Roastery is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead ROASTERY and cafe operations across multiple locations. You will drive performance, uphold quality, and optimize profitability by enforcing SOPs, coaching managers, and ensuring customer excellence.

The role requires 7–10+ years in F&B operations, strong P&L knowledge, and travel between branches. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus, and there is a focus on coffee quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in F&B operations, preferably multi-unit.
• Experience managing multiple branches/outlets is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, sales, labor cost, food cost, inventory and KPIs.
• Experience in specialty coffee or coffee-roastery operations is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel between branches as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple CORE Coffee & Roastery locations.
• Ensure SOPs, standards, and service procedures are consistently followed.
• Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and growth across locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams.
• Maintain coffee quality, recipes, and presentation across all outlets.
• Control costs, inventory, and wastage; manage stock rotation.
• Maintain high customer service standards and brand experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards.
