• Manage OSM application for 24/7 availability and readiness.
• Ensure smooth operations and manage exceptions timely.
• Coordinate with teams on stuck orders and backlog clearances.
• Provide support for PTCL ACE activities.
• Resolve incidents and requests within agreed SLA time.
