Role Description

We’re looking for a results‑driven Media Buyer with 3–5 years of proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other performance channels.

You’ll be responsible for managing budgets, testing creatives, monitoring analytics, and driving measurable ROI for multiple brands and internal projects.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of professional media buying experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven success managing monthly ad spends between $10K–$50K+.
  • Demonstrated results in improving lead quality and reducing CPA through creative optimization and funnel alignment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategy.
  • Excellent collaboration with creative and tech teams.
Key Concepts & Terminologies

Candidate must be well‑versed with:

  • Media buying models: CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL
  • Attribution methods: First click, Last click, Data‑driven, View‑through
  • Tracking systems: Pixels, UTMs, CAPI, Conversion tracking
  • Funnels & stages: Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retention
