9D Technologies is seeking a Senior Linux and Network Administrator to own production Linux servers and network services. The role covers maintenance, new builds, incidents and research, with focus on WireGuard, RADIUS, LDAP/KanIDM, and related directory services.

You will design Ansible changes, manage DNS, TLS, and firewall policy, and lead investigations into authentication and connectivity issues. Strong monitoring and vulnerability remediation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• 4–6 years of Linux system administration and network operations with production ownership.
• Production experience with RADIUS and a directory service (KanIDM, LDAP, or Active Directory), plus WireGuard or equivalent tunnel operations.

Responsabilités

• Own configuration and rollout of Linux network services with rollback paths.
• Own WireGuard, RADIUS, LDAP (KanIDM/LDAP/AD), including groups and replication.
• Design Ansible changes for new hosts and services; manage DNS, TLS, and firewall policy.
• Lead investigations for authentication, connectivity, or capacity issues with known causes.
• Own alerting, telemetry, and log review (Prometheus, Grafana, syslog); respond to incidents.
• Run vulnerability assessment on the server fleet and verify remediation.
• Build proofs of concept and determine what should reach production; update runbooks.
