A leading legal consultancy firm in Lahore is seeking an experienced legal professional to provide legal advisory services, draft and negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with international regulations. The ideal candidate will have an LLB or LLM, with 4-6 years of experience, particularly in IT or SaaS contexts. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, NDAs, MoUs, vendor and client agreements.
  • Provide legal advisory support to business, sales, product, and HR teams on day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with international data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, UK DPA, etc.).
  • Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with external counsel for international legal matters and litigation support.
  • Support in corporate governance, including board resolutions, company secretarial tasks, and compliance filings.
  • Conduct legal research on regulatory requirements impacting fintech and SaaS operations.
  • Review product documentation to ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.
  • Assist management in risk assessment, contract lifecycle management, and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • LLB or LLM from a reputable university (foreign qualification will be a plus).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant legal experience (preferably in an IT or SaaS company).
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, contract law, and international compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, AML/KYC, data protection, and intellectual property is essential.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments.
