Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst – Systems Cloud & Infrastructure to join our IT team and manage a hybrid IT environment. You will ensure availability, security, and performance of on-premises and cloud platforms including Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Hyper-V, SQL, and data center operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
8+ years of experience in systems, cloud, and infrastructure management.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), virtualization, data centers, servers, storage, and networks.
Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and cloud environments.
Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator / AWS SysOps are preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and support hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
Lead 24x7 IT operations, monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive.
Ensure security compliance, access management, MFA, and endpoint protection.
Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and infrastructure optimization.
Evaluate new technologies and drive automation & efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Microsoft support for escalations.
