M365Consult is seeking a seasoned Senior iOS App Developer to own native iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI, and to integrate Kotlin Multiplatform into iOS apps. You will build, improve, and ship features for our location-aware mobile product, collaborating with AI-assisted development workflows.

You will mentor juniors, participate in code reviews, ensure performance and security, and coordinate with QA and product teams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience delivering and maintaining production iOS applications.
• Excellent practical knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, and the iOS development ecosystem.
• Practical experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and its integration into native iOS applications.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, asynchronous programming, lifecycle management, and state management.
• Strong debugging skills across application code, shared modules, APIs, and device behavior.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to deliver working software.
• Interest in agentic coding and the ability to establish workflows around coding agents.
• Ability to teach less experienced team members clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Willingness to start promptly after agreement.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and improve our native iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Integrate Kotlin Multiplatform modules into the iOS application and collaborate on shared business logic.
• Implement platform-specific functionality while ensuring consistent behavior across iOS and Android.
• Address location and proximity features (GPS, BLE, UWB) and related device capabilities.
• Handle permissions, lifecycle, background execution, battery use, and device compatibility.
• Use AI coding assistants and agents to implement features, fix defects, and support testing.
• Set up and improve agentic development workflows and review processes.
• Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
• Test functionality on real devices and investigate issues beyond automated tests.
• Mentor junior team members through demonstrations and pair programming.
• Assist with signing, release preparation, and App Store distribution via TestFlight.
• Document technical decisions and share reusable knowledge internally.
