You will lead critical engineering and product decisions, shipping production code within a fast-moving product team, while maintaining and enhancing our architecture for millions of users.

Qualifications

• Experience on products scaled to a large user base.
• Track record of taking products from inception to traction.
• Customer obsession with delivering the best possible experience.
• Product thinking to guide evolution and alignment with design teams.
• Ability to move fast and decide what can ship now vs later.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
• Proficient in Swift and SwiftUI.

Responsibilities

• Lead key engineering and product decisions.
• Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app.
• Work within a dedicated product team.
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
