Job summary

Work Together in Pakistan seeks an experienced Interior Designer with a strong execution track record to lead end-to-end projects from concept to completion on-site. You will manage client briefs, develop detailed plans with AutoCAD/SketchUp, and coordinate with contractors to meet standards and budgets.

The role requires travel to project locations as needed, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail to ensure premium design outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of proven experience in interior design with a focus on project execution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and goals.
• Develop detailed interior design plans using appropriate software.
• Oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review design deliverables to ensure adherence to standards and client specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction to ensure plan compliance.
• Address issues or discrepancies during the construction phase.
• Ensure all projects are executed to a high standard with attention to detail and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and construction methods.
• Prepare progress reports and present them to clients and stakeholders.
