Experian is seeking a senior Engineer for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to lead enterprise IAM initiatives. The role emphasizes SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), cloud IAM integrations, and AI-powered governance to strengthen access controls and lifecycle processes.

You will design, implement, and optimize identity governance across hybrid environments, collaborate with security and engineering teams, and drive scalable, auditable governance solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Develop scalable identity lifecycle management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and access governance workflows.
• Integrate SailPoint ISC with Entra ID, AD, ServiceNow, cloud/SaaS platforms; provide architecture guidance.
• Develop AI-powered identity governance capabilities and governance reporting.
• Create technical docs, diagrams, and operational procedures.
