Qualifications

• MBBS (preferred) / BDS / PharmD is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in healthcare or hospital management, including leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare quality and patient safety (preferred).
• Clinical experience of at least 3 years in a healthcare setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute RIHIS’s annual operational and strategic plans.
• Lead initiatives, audits, and assessments based on ISO and MSDS standards.
• Supervise research projects on healthcare quality and patient safety.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for healthcare professionals.
• Act as focal person for communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Develop proposals and oversee implementation of quality programs.
• Lead planning and execution of ICPS and other institutional events.
• Oversee communication, publications, and digital outreach.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources.
