Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities across the hospital and college.
• Ensure smooth functioning of administrative, support, and facility operations.
• Coordinate with academic, clinical, HR, finance, security, maintenance, and other departments.
• Supervise administrative and support staff and monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Maintain proper administrative records, reports, files, and documentation.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance, cleanliness, security, utilities, and general facility management.
• Address staff, students, patients, and visitors administrative queries and facilitate timely resolution.
• Assist management in implementing institutional policies, procedures, and administrative initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with hospital and college SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports as required.
• Support arrangements for meetings, academic activities, events, inspections, and institutional functions.
• Identify administrative issues and recommend practical solutions to management.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a relevant field
