Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or AI.
• 4+ years hands-on ML experience, with at least 2 years in generative models.
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures, diffusion models, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying models, optimizing via quantization/distillation, and cloud AI tools.
• Familiarity with data curation, synthetic data generation, and AI ethics.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge generative AI systems that produce human‑like content such as text, images, code, and audio. You will play a key role in building and deploying large‑scale models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models), optimizing performance, and integrating them into real‑world applications.
