Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in garment production management, preferably in an export-oriented apparel manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes: cutting, stitching, finishing, packing.
• Experience in managing large production teams and handling multiple lines/units.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire garment production process.
• Plan, organize, and control all production activities from cutting to packing.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
