Job summary

NorthBay Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer (React.js & Python/Node.js) to design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications in a hybrid work setup across Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.

You will work hands-on across frontend and backend, with 8+ years of experience, strong React.js, Python/Node.js, and AWS-based architectures, contributing to robust APIs, microservices, and real-time features.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in full-stack software development.
• Backend with Python and/or Node.js.
• Frontend with React.js for responsive UI.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• AWS services exposure: Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/MySQL.
• Knowledge of microservices and serverless.
• WebSockets and real-time communication.
• CI/CD, tests, and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain full-stack apps with React and Python/Node.js.
• Build backend services and APIs using Python/Node.js on AWS.
• Create reusable React components following best practices.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL services.
• Implement real-time features with WebSockets.
• Contribute to reviews, testing strategies, and docs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize frontend and backend performance.
• Stay current with web, Python, Node.js, React, and cloud tech.
