You’ll lead technical discussions, craft architectural plans, and support the sales team with technical estimations while delivering high-quality, AI-enabled software. Excellent English and client-facing confidence are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with client-facing roles.
• Strong expertise in modern web stacks and scalable architectures.
• Experience with AI tooling and delivering AI-enabled development workflows.
• Excellent English communication for international client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle software projects from requirements and planning to deployment and support.
• Develop scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
• Participate in client interviews, discovery calls, and technical discussions.
• Support sales with technical estimations and proposed solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to international clients.
• Prepare architectural approaches, estimates, and implementation plans.
• Ensure code quality, security, and collaboration with PM/QA/DevOps.
• Understand existing codebases and integrate with teams across disciplines.
