INTECH Process Automation is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Dynamic Industrial Intelligence team in Lahore. You will design and implement scalable backend services with Python/Flask, build robust APIs, and collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver integrated products.

This role emphasizes performance, security, and clean code across production, staging, and development environments.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Flask, and REST API design.
• Advanced understanding of PostgreSQL and SQL performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade backend systems.
• Solid understanding of React.js integration patterns.
• Strong debugging and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and Flask.
• Build robust API architectures supporting high-performance, secure applications.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas for data integrity and performance.
• Write optimized SQL queries for analytics, reporting, and business insights.
• Analyze and improve database performance via indexing and tuning.
• Implement backend logic, validations, authentication, and authorization.
• Collaborate with frontend to define API contracts for React.js integration.
• Support frontend data flows for dashboards and UI components.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues across environments.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews for quality, performance, and security.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, builds, deployments.
• Use Git effectively for version control and collaboration.
• Ensure backend services meet reliability, scalability, security.
• Assist in architectural decisions for backend systems.
• Monitor application performance and production deployments.
