We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with advanced expertise in modern frontend frameworks to join our technology team. This role is focused on developing responsive, high performance, and scalable user interfaces for healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of user-facing features using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel perfect, reusable, and efficient code.
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security across frontend components.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers for seamless integration.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies to enhance product offerings.
• Aggressively leverage AI-powered tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, design-to-code AI platforms) to accelerate development, reduce manual effort, and maximize efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend and AI-driven development technologies to consistently improve speed, quality, and innovation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management tools (Redux, MobX, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in daily use of AI-assisted coding tools to drive faster delivery, improved code quality, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading frontend projects in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare technology standards (FHIR, HIPAA compliance) is a plus.
