Job summary

Nativ-Global-Holding-Private-Limited in Karachi seeks a finance professional to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance, ensuring accurate statements and strong internal controls. A Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with ACCA part-qualification and 2+ years' experience is expected, along with advanced Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; ACCA part-qualified with at least 7 exams passed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance role.
• Proficient Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables) and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, profitability analyses, and dashboards.
• Oversee payments, reconciliations, accruals, month-end close.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and cost allocations.
• Coordinate statutory statements and liaise with auditors.
• Review outputs, guide the team, and ensure timely task delivery.
• Monitor receivables, payables, aging, and KPIs.

Job Overview

Responsible for overseeing financial operations, management reporting, statutory compliance, and team coordination. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, improving processes, and supporting management in financial planning and decision-making.

Task & Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, profitability analyses, and management dashboards.
• Handle and oversee payments, reconciliations, accruals, accounting entries, and month-end closing activities.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, cost allocations, and settlements.
• Support preparation of statutory financial statements and coordinate with auditors for schedules, explanations, and required documentation.
• Manage company-wise tax workings, reconciliations, and ensure alignment with SRB, PRA, FBR, ICT returns, General Ledger postings, and mapping.
• Review team deliverables, provide guidance, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitor receivables, payables, ageing, and key financial performance indicators.
• Enhance ERP reporting, financial SOPs, internal controls, and process efficiency.

Conduct investment research, ad hoc analyses, and special assignments to support management decisions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and/or ACCA part-qualified (at least 7 exams passed).

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a finance role.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate with teams, and meet deadlines.
