Family Educational Services Foundation (FESF) / Deaf Reach in Karachi seeks a senior finance leader to oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting and controls for a major NGO program. You will drive financial planning, ensure compliance, and support donor reporting.

The role requires extensive NGO/audit firm experience, ACCA/CA or a master's in finance, and 8–10 years with 3–5 in management, delivering accurate financials and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACCA, qualified/part-qualified CA, or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and financial controls.
• Previous experience in the NGO sector or a leading audit firm will be preferred.
