Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced End-to-End QA Engineer to validate complex Telecom BSS solutions, including customer verification processes, order and SIM management, and enterprise integrations. The successful candidate will design and execute end-to-end test scenarios, validate API, microservices, and data flows, and contribute to release validation across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience in enterprise applications.
• Experience in end-to-end testing of integrated systems.
• Testing REST APIs, Microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Validating Kafka-based messaging solutions.
• Verifying transaction processing and business rules.
• Experience with audit, logging, and reporting functions.
• Familiar with Agile delivery environments.
• Defect management and test lifecycle tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios across Telecom BSS ecosystems.
• Validate customer journeys, transaction flows, orders, and SIM workflows.
• Verify business rules implementation and transaction processing logic.
• Perform API, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate Kafka message flows and event-driven processing.
• Verify audit logging, transaction traceability, and reporting.
• Coordinate testing across multiple integrated systems.
• Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis and retesting.
• Support production readiness and release validation.
• Prepare test strategies, test plans, test cases, and quality reports.
