Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a Data Engineer / Software Engineer (.NET) to join our growing engineering team. The role spans data engineering and application development, focusing on designing and optimizing data platforms, building scalable APIs, and delivering data-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will work with modern cloud data platforms, advanced SQL, data modeling, and full-stack development using C#/.NET and Angular.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Advanced SQL and database development.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
Solid understanding of Data Modeling (Transactional & Dimensional).
Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT processes.
Strong knowledge of Query Performance Tuning and optimization.
Experience with at least one modern cloud data platform (Databricks, Azure Synapse, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and operational workloads.
Design and implement transactional and dimensional data models.
Monitor and improve database and query performance through tuning and optimization techniques.
Build, enhance, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using C#/.NET.
Develop and support front-end applications using Angular.
Integrate applications with data platforms and third-party systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and data architecture.
Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and scalability across systems.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile development activitiesLeverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and solution delivery
