Qualifications

• 4–7 years hands-on data platform delivery experience.
• Strong SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java).
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse, or Databricks).
• Solid understanding of data modeling (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault) and ETL/ELT patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of data platform projects, including data warehousing, data lakes, lakehouses, or modern BI platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and development tasks; manage risks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform periodic technical health checks, reviews, and audits to enforce best practices.
• Support pre-sales with solutioning, PoCs, and high-level architectures.
