Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a Principal Consultant — Data Governance to own the governance relationship for the data and AI vertical within a multi-vertical Strategy Execution & Value Realization Office. You will ensure strategic initiatives are governed with measurable benefits and architectural compliance.

You will lead cross-vertical coordination, engage executive stakeholders, and define the benefit-realization framework, KPI cascades, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with substantial governance experience.
• Experience designing and running governance operating models for large multi-workstream portfolios.
• Experience engaging Enterprise Architecture and senior executives in complex organisations.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks (MoP, MSP, P3O) and data-governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK).
• Proven ability to define benefits realization, KPI architectures and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the operating model, governance structure, methodologies and tools for data-and-AI governance.
• Own cross-vertical coordination for data-and-AI governance and escalate issues beyond a single vertical.
• Governance framework ownership for initiative delivery: stage gates, milestones, risk and budget oversight.
