Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking experienced D365 Functional Consultants in Islamabad to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and SCM. You will gather requirements, map processes, configure modules, and work with technical teams to deliver robust solutions.

The role requires 4–10 years of hands-on D365 experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience as a D365 Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience in at least one D365 module (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, SCM).
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and solution design.
• Experience in end-to-end D365 implementation projects.
• Ability to prepare BRDs, FDDs, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Experience supporting UAT, training, and go-live activities.
• Good understanding of integrations, workflows, security roles, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Analyze business processes and recommend best-fit D365 solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules as per business requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and collaborate with technical teams for development.
• Work closely with developers to ensure solutions align with business expectations.
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Design and execute test cases, support SIT and UAT cycles.
• Provide end-user training and create user manuals/documentation.
• Participate in solution design discussions and provide best practice recommendations.
• Support integrations between D365 and third-party systems.
• Assist in cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live support.
• Manage change requests and enhancements in line with project governance.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables comply with project standards.
