Devsinc, LLC, based in Lahore, is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations consultant. You will lead end-to-end ERP projects, design solutions, and mentor a growing team.

The role centers on optimizing how businesses run with D365 F&O and related Microsoft technologies. You will engage with clients across North America, the UK, and the Middle East, guiding workshops, ensuring best practices, and delivering training to users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or Dynamics AX).
• Experience in leading client workshops and guiding adoptive use of ERP.
• BRDs, FDDs, test scripts; lead SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in client-facing work.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementations from start to finish, from requirements to go-live and follow-up.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, guiding best practices and adoption.
• Design and deliver user training; provide post-implementation support.
• Mentor junior consultants and raise delivery quality with the team.
