Job summary

KalSoft is seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. You will apply expertise in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, OT/IoT Security, and security architecture to design and implement enterprise security solutions.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability management, incident response, ransomware resilience, and aligning controls with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2. Strong collaboration across engineering and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security.
• Strong expertise in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, and OT/IoT Security.
• Hands-on experience in penetration testing, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of incident response, ransomware resilience, and data privacy.
• Experience with secure engineering practices and secure-by-design principles.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, AI RMF, HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, FISMA, FedRAMP, OWASP, and ISA/IEC 62443.
• Experience securing enterprise systems, cloud workloads, and critical infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of security architecture, governance, and compliance.

• Experience leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
