Job summary

RCM COUNTS is seeking an experienced Senior Credentialing Specialist to independently manage the full credentialing lifecycle in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle end-to-end payer enrollment, licensing across states, and LLC/PLLC registrations while ensuring NCQA/URAC standards compliance and timely CAQH attestations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of credentialing experience across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of NPI, CAQH, PECOS and state licensing portals.
• Experience with LLC/PLLC formation and registered agent requirements.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for provider and payer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payer enrollment (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurers).

• Handle state licensing applications, renewals, and compliance tracking across multiple states
• Oversee LLC/PLLC registration and maintenance for providers and practices
• Maintain CAQH profiles and ensure timely re-attestations
• Track expirables (licenses, DEA, malpractice insurance, board certifications)
• Liaise with providers, payers, and state licensing boards to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate credentialing files in compliance with NCQA/URAC standards
• Manage multiple specialties (behavioral health, primary care, telehealth, etc. customize as needed)
