Job summary

RemoteConnect in Khanpur, Pakistan is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from planning to completion, coordinating with contractors, engineers and clients to ensure on-time delivery within budget and to specification.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, at least 5 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and manage safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a related role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Preference given to candidates who are fluent in Urdu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire construction process from start to finish.
• Develop and implement project plans budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors subcontractors architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure all work is completed on time and according to specifications.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
• Review project designs and plans for accuracy and feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on job sites.
• Manage project budgets including cost estimation tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
