Job summary

VirtualWorks Hub in Khanpur, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple sites from planning to handover. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Biometric passport for international travel is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and logistics.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues or delays, and adjust plans to stay on track.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and a safe working environment is maintained.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients and management.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and quality control.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure standards meet client expectations.
• Manage project contracts and handle disputes that may arise.
• Mentor and supervise a team of construction workers for quality results.
