We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales growth targets. The role requires excellent communication, market research, and negotiation skills to expand the company’s presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations for potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and business prospects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Prepare periodic business reports and updates for management.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably 3rd party Services Sector like as Fumigation & Homecare Services, Construction & Electrical Maintenance Services, Janitor Services Providing & Security Guards Services).
  • Age Limited 30 to 35 Years.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
