Asiancon in Lahore is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead housing infrastructure, high-rise, hospitals, and other engineering projects. A Master's degree in Architecture and at least 15 years of relevant experience are required.

The role involves directing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and delivering innovative, regulation-compliant design solutions with clarity and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Registered with the Pakistan Council for Architects & Town Planners (PCATP).
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Creative, innovative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design and execution.
• Handle all issues related to architectural design works for various projects, including residential, commercial, and healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Develop creative and innovative design solutions that meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.
• Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
