Job summary

KamelPay, a payments company, is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to own applied AI end-to-end from design to production in a live payments environment. You will work on predictive ML, LLM products, document intelligence, and AI-powered backend services.

You will deploy, monitor, and debug models, set technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to ship robust AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with production systems.
• Strong ML fundamentals: feature engineering, evaluation, avoiding data leakage, and calibration.
• Proven experience deploying, monitoring, and debugging models in production.
• Ability to set technical direction and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities
