Job summary

Cedar Global Solutions is hiring an experienced AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered agents using LLMs and modern frameworks. You will architect end-to-end pipelines, including memory, tools, planning, and retrieval, and build multi-agent systems for autonomous tasks.

The role requires 5+ years in ML/AI with 2+ years on LLMs, chatbot or agent development, plus strong Python and tooling skills. You will lead a small team and drive roadmap decisions, working onsite in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, NLP, or related field. PhD a plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI, with at least 2+ years focused on LLMs, chatbots, or AI agents.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI SDK, or similar.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and RAG pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational agents using LLMs and frameworks.
• Architect end-to-end agent pipelines including memory, tools, planning, retrieval (RAG), and reasoning.
• Build multi-agent systems capable of performing complex tasks autonomously.
• Optimize agent behavior through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RLHF.
• Integrate agents into interfaces (web apps, messaging, voice assistants).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define conversational UX and improve engagement.
• Stay current with advancements in LLMs and agent frameworks; incorporate innovations.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior AI engineers, shape the AI roadmap.
