Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of complex software engagements, combining strong project delivery and AI-enabled delivery practices to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.

The Senior Technical Project Manager will own delivery coordination, planning, tracking, reporting, risk management, and operational execution while working under the Engagement Lead.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software delivery and at least 5 years managing software development projects.
• Proficient in Agile to coordinate delivery of software products.
• Experience running Agile ceremonies and using Azure DevOps boards for backlog, sprints and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-native delivery practices and improve execution using AI-enabled planning and reporting.
• Own project requirements, timelines, quality, and team, with proactive communication to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to review technical approaches and assess risks.
• Mentor and coach PM/APM teammates and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives.
