Job summary

The Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy seeks a School Officer to support and guide DIL-appointed staff in adopted schools, ensuring quality teaching and standardized management practices. You will facilitate training, monitor progress, and coordinate with principals and the Training Department to execute programs.

The role involves salary management, data entry, and regular reporting to the Project Manager, with a focus on capacity building and efficient use of learning resources.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in any discipline from a recognized college/university.
• Two years teaching and field experience at school level.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Appoints staff in adopted schools with consultation of the project manager and Sr. Manager Program and maintains staff records.
• Coordinates with school principals/heads on DIL’s intervention programs in the adopted schools.
• Implements DIL’s intervention programs in the schools.
• Provides logistic support to schools in term of provision of furniture, stationery, library books, tablets etc.
• Holds quarterly cluster-based coordination meetings with the subject teachers and librarian for information sharing, follows up progress on quarterly objectives, and generates ideas for continuous improvement.
